• - All participants who are allotted to the Oral Presentation sessions should prepare their presentation materials and participate in the session on-site.

  - Presentation Time (for on-site presentation): 10 minutes (7m. Presentation + 3m. Q&A)

* The presentation mode of MS Powerpoint is available. You can view presentation scripts or notes while giving a speech. (Participants cannot see.)

  - Language: English
  - File Format: Microsoft Office PowerPoint (.ppt), (.pptx)
  - Landscape Type: 16:9 Ratio
  - Usage of MS office default font is highly recommended.
  - Audio / Video clips are allowed.
  - Please use the SSBH 2023 PPT Template to provide a consistent look and make participants feel they are part of SSBH 2023 experience!

• How to Submit Your Presentation File
• * Slide Submission
  - Onsite Submission (Preview Room)
  
  * Preview Room (Ida Hall, B1F)
  - It is recommended that all presenters visit the Preview Room to ensure that their slides are working as expected.
  - Authors are required to check in at the Preview Room at least 40 minutes before the start of their session to ensure a smooth presentation.

• Before your Presentation
• * Attendance
  - Authors are required to arrive at the session room at least 10 minutes prior to the start of their session.
  - It is strongly recommended that authors rehearse their presentation before the session to ensure that it adheres to the allotted time.
    This is necessary to maintain the planned timetable for all sessions.

Guideline for Poster Exhibition

• * Poster Exhibition Schedule
• - Date: Friday 19 May, 2023 ~ Saturday 20 May, 2023
    (Poster viewing is available throughout the meeting.)
  - Venue: Grand Hall, B1F
• * Mounting and Removal
• - Poster(s) should be attached on the board by 08:50, May 19.
  - All presenters are required to mount and remove posters on the appropriate date and time as indicated below.
  - Mounting: 08:00-08:50, Friday 19 May, 2023
  - Removal: 17:00-17:30, Saturday 20 May, 2023
• * Poster Preparation
• - Poster Prints: By authors
  - Each Poster should be placed on the numbered board assigned to each presenter via email.
  - The poster title, author's names and affiliations should appear at the top. Contents should be in the order of abstract.
  - Print the right size of the poster as indicated below.
  
  - The size of the display board: 100cm(W) x 120cm(H)
  - The preferred size of poster: 90cm(W) x 120cm(H)
