Organizing Committee cordially invites you to submit abstracts for oral presentations and poster exhibitions. All congress abstracts must be submitted online via the Online-Submission System. Please read the guidelines carefully before submitting your abstract(s).

IMPORTANT DATES

• Deadline for Abstract Submission: March 17(Fri), 2023
• Notification of Abstract Acceptance: April 10(Mon), 2023

FREE REGISTRATION FOR ACCEPTED ABSTRACTS

• For those whose abstracts are accepted in SSBH 2023, registration fee will be waived.
• After notification of abstract acceptance, the congress secretariat will proceed and complete registration process of all the presenters of accepted abstracts.

General Guidelines

• Language: English
  ** Abstract presenter accepted as oral presentation will be provided an English presentation coaching program.
• Length of Body: No longer than 300 words
• Structure: Objective / Methods / Results / Conclusion
• Figure / Table
  - 1 Figure in 1 Abstract: Allowed
  - 1 Table in 1 Abstract: Allowed
  - 1 Figure & 1 Table in 1 Abstract: NOT Allowed
• If you submit an abstract, confirmation e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address.
• Abstract review or modification will be available until the deadline for abstract submission.
• The Committee of Scientific Affairs may change your presentation type after review process.
• Presentation guidelines will be sent to your e-mail address with abstract acceptance notification.

All presenters are requested to register online for the committee to finalize the program.

Notification will be sent via email.

Withdrawal of Abstracts

Withdrawal is not allowed after printing the abstract book.

Award

Outstanding Oral/Poster Presentations will be awarded at the Closing Ceremony.

• Award
  - Presidential Award: USD 500
  - Best Oral Presentation Award: USD 300
  - Poster Award: USD 200
• Important Note
  - Domestic and International Abstracts are equally qualified for the Award.
  - Evaluation will take place during Oral/Poster presentations.
  - Result will be officially notified during the Closing Ceremony.
